Plans, the free trial, Founding Member pricing and how to cancel.
- Plans: Basic is $12 per month ($120 per year) and Professional is $29 per month ($290 per year). We show the exact price, the first charge date and how to cancel before you subscribe.
- Free trial: every new account can try MyVendbook free for 14 days. The trial includes everything in Professional, including Vendy AI. A payment card is required to start. Your trial end date is shown when you sign up. When the trial ends, we charge the plan you chose to your card unless you cancel first. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged. Each account gets one free trial. We also email you a reminder before your trial ends.
- Renewals: plans renew automatically each month or year until canceled. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Cancel any time: go to Profile & settings, then Your plan, then Cancel subscription, and confirm. It takes two clicks, with no phone call or email needed. You keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for (or the end of your trial). We do not charge you again. Your saved data is kept for 90 days after your subscription ends so you can come back.
- Founding Member price: accounts that subscribe while Founding Member pricing is open keep that price for as long as their subscription stays active. If you cancel and later subscribe again, the price in effect at that time applies. Founding Member pricing is available for a limited time and we may close it at any time. Members who join after it closes may pay more.
- Vendy AI messages: each business gets 100 Vendy AI messages per calendar month, shared by all team logins. The count resets on the 1st of each month (UTC) and unused messages do not carry over. Messages that fail and receive no answer are not counted. We may change this allowance with notice.
- Changing plans: you can switch between Basic and Professional at any time. During your trial you keep everything, and the plan you picked starts when the trial ends. After the trial, plan changes are prorated by Stripe.
- Refunds: the free trial lets you try everything before you pay, and you can cancel in two clicks, so we do not refund the part of a billing period that has already started. If you were charged by mistake, or you forgot to cancel and email us within 7 days of the charge, we will review it and refund you where it is fair. We always correct billing errors, and we follow any refund rights the law gives you.
- Price changes: we give at least 30 days notice before a price change applies to you. Founding Member prices are not affected while the subscription stays active.
- Failed payments: Stripe retries the card for a period of time and you keep access while it does. If payment still fails, your account may be paused after notice.
