The agreement for using MyVendbook.

Agreement

By creating an account or using MyVendbook you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use, and other policies on this page. If you use MyVendbook for a business, you confirm you can bind that business.

Your account

You must be 18 or older, give accurate information, keep your password private and tell us about unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity on your account and for everyone you add to it.

Team members

Professional lets you invite teammates by link. Each person gets their own login and a role (Manager, Restocker or View-only). You decide who to invite and what role they hold, and you are responsible for what they do in your business, so only invite people you trust. Teammates work inside your business records, and what each person can see and change depends on their role. You can change a role or remove someone at any time, and they are signed out right away. Team logins are part of Professional and pause if your account moves to Basic. If you delete your account, the logins you created for your team are deleted too. If you are invited to a team, your login is for that business only, and you may use it only for work the owner has asked you to do.

What MyVendbook is

MyVendbook is a record keeping, planning and communication tool for vending operators. It does not provide financial, tax, accounting, legal or insurance advice. See Disclaimers.

Your content

You own the data you enter. You give us a limited license to host, process and display it to run the service for you, including sending it to our providers as described in the Privacy Policy. You promise you have the right to enter it, including any contact details of other people.

Contracts, templates and calculations

Templates, revenue-share calculators and sample language are starting points. Have a qualified professional review any contract before you use it. Results depend on the data you enter.

Fees

If paid plans apply, see Billing, refunds and cancellation. Taxes may apply.

Acceptable use

You agree to follow the Acceptable use and community policy.

Availability and changes

We work hard to keep MyVendbook available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error free. Features may change. Keep your own copies of important records.

Termination

You can stop using MyVendbook and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end accounts that break these Terms or put others at risk.

Disclaimers and limits

MyVendbook is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent allowed by law. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or $100, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, lost profits, lost data or lost sales. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Louisiana, without regard to conflict rules. Before filing a claim, please email us so we can try to resolve it informally. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Louisiana, and you and we consent to those courts.
