What you will learn

Step by step

  1. Email templates. Over a hundred templates, sorted by industry and stage. Pick one and it fills in for you.
  2. Pick industry and stage. Choose the kind of business and where you are with them: first email, follow-up or meeting request.
  3. Send from your address. Connect your email so messages go from your own address and replies land in your inbox.
  4. Today's calls. Start with follow-ups that are due. Tap Call, then log how it went.
  5. Log every call. Log what you talked about and set the next step, so nothing depends on memory.
  6. Call scripts. Not sure what to say? Scripts give you a friendly opening and answers to common questions.
  7. Contract templates. These are sample contracts, not legal advice. Read the notice, accept it, and have a lawyer review before you sign.
