How to Restock Vending Machines Like a Pro

Learn to restock vending machines faster: par levels, pick lists, counts and restock history in MyVendbook so you bring the right products on every visit.

Free lesson from MyVendbook training. Plans covered: Basic and Professional.

What you will learn

Step by step

  1. Restock by machine. Pick a machine to see how full it is, slot by slot, from your last restock.
  2. Low items flagged. Machines with low slots are flagged, so you know where to go first.
  3. Record a restock. After you fill a machine, tap Record restock and enter what you loaded. That is your new snapshot.
  4. Smart suggestions. Recommendations tell you what to bring next time, and Restock history keeps every visit on file.
  5. Pick list. Switch to the pick list to see exactly what to load. Or use the simple text snapshot if you like.
  6. Best-by dates. Enter best-by dates as you load, and MyVendbook watches the clock for you.
  7. Products and prices. Keep your products, costs and prices here. Best sellers get a badge, so you know what to reorder.
