Your Daily Vending Route Routine in MyVendbook

A simple morning, midday and weekly routine for vending operators, and where each task lives in MyVendbook.

Free lesson from MyVendbook training. Plans covered: Mixed: some steps need Professional.

What you will learn

Step by step

  1. Morning: read Today. Open MyVendbook and read your Today list. Do the top item first.
  2. Then glance at the charts. Scroll down for the pictures. A health ring, sales by week and your outreach funnel show where you stand in seconds.
  3. Plan the route. Check Route planner and pick your stops, most worthwhile first.
  4. At the machine. Restock, then tap Record restock so your numbers stay true.
  5. Midday: follow up. Send one or two follow-ups. A steady rhythm wins locations.
  6. End of day: receipts. Snap any receipts from today. It takes seconds and saves hours in tax season.
  7. Friday: weekly review. Open Waste and expiry. A ring shows why product was lost, and bars show your costliest products. Then check Finances by location, and ask Vendy what to improve.
