Schedule restocks hour by hour, drag and stretch appointments and fill your day from your route plan in MyVendbook.

Step by step
- Open the Day planner. In Stocking and Inventory, open the Day planner tab to see your day hour by hour.
- Pick a day. Tap any day in the week strip. The small count shows how many stops are booked.
- Drag a location. Drag a location from the list onto the hour you want. Prefer tapping? Tap Add and it lands in the next open time.
- Move and stretch. Drag an appointment up or down to move it. Drag its bottom edge to make it longer or shorter.
- Other appointments. Add repair visits, meetings and supplies runs too, so your whole day lives in one place.
- Edit the details. Tap an appointment to set exact times, add notes, and see what to bring. Tap Record restock when you arrive.
- Fill from your route plan. Tap Fill from route plan and MyVendbook lines up the stops it suggests. Then adjust the times.
- Your day on the Overview. Your next stops show on the Overview, so you always know what is coming up.
- Schedule from anywhere. Locations, repairs and prospects have Schedule buttons too. One tap puts it on your calendar.
